Our German Partner

Jens Caspar is a native of Stuttgart in Germany where he established a property development business in 1989. Over the past 18 years he has transacted more than €250M in real estate investment in the German market. Through his companies Property Solutions & Planbau Schwaben his team carries out a comprehensive range of property services from development to regeneration, purchase & sale, letting, & property management. He has a particularly strong knowledge of all aspects of the property market in the greater Stuttgart area. Jens is a director / consultant in many German property investment companies & is a co-director with Finbarr Flahive of a number of German companies.
