Since we launched our private syndicated German commercial property syndicates in mid 2007, we have found that the profile of the properties that we select has been very popular with investors who have self administered pension schemes, and our offerings are designed to comply with Revenue & Trustee requirements for such schemes.

However only a relatively small proportion of overall pension monies are self administered (SARTs) & we had many investors who were either self employed or company directors but were not in a position to invest in our syndicates via their pension fund.

We therefore researched these issues further with an independent pension consultant and we are now pleased to advise that we can offer a Pension Wrapper which will allow many self employed individuals to invest in our syndicates through existing or new personal pensions (Retirement Annuity Contracts) and certain company directors to invest through their Executive Pension Plans.
